For most events, we recommend booking at least 8-10 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your preferred date and specific gaming tables. During peak seasons (December holidays, summer wedding season), it's advisable to book 3-6 months ahead if possible. For corporate events with specific branding requirements, additional lead time may be necessary. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to contact us even if your event is approaching soon.
We proudly serve the entire province of Alberta, with our main office in Calgary. We regularly provide services throughout Southern and Central Alberta, including Edmonton, Banff, Canmore, Red Deer, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat. We also serve select areas of British Columbia (including Kelowna, Kamloops, and Vancouver) and Saskatchewan (including Regina and Saskatoon) with additional travel fees. For events in more distant locations, please contact us to discuss options.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of your deposit if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your event. Cancellations between 14-30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event within one year. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice cannot be refunded, but we'll work with you to reschedule if possible. Rescheduling typically incurs no additional fees if done at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
No, all of our casino experiences are strictly for entertainment purposes only. We use custom "fun money" with no cash value. Guests typically receive a set amount of chips at the beginning of the event and play for entertainment, prizes, or bragging rights. This approach keeps our services fully compliant with Canadian gaming regulations while still providing an authentic and engaging casino experience. We never facilitate real-money gambling at any of our events.
